Led the build, launch, and operation of the 33Across viewable exchange platform ─ AttentionX ─ driving growth to 35% of company revenue in one year. Architected and oversaw development of the infrastructure necessary to operate a standalone ad exchange ─ demand integration strategy, ad quality and traffic quality tools, user interface, analytics solution, auction logic, and access to supply via multiple integration methods. Managed the project priorities, goals, and workflows of two Scrum teams consisting of 14 engineers.
Took the reins of the platform operations arm of 33Across during a company-wide pivot from ad network to programmatic platform. Architected the automation of pricing throughout the supply chain, resulting in gross margin increase from 20% to 30% and reduction of 8 hours per day of operational time. Hired and mentored 10-member operations team. Oversaw the onboarding, troubleshooting, and performance tracking of over 4,000 publisher properties. Administered all data visualization for the organization. Won one annual team Hackathon.
